New Build Supervision
Prudent Shipmanagement provide new build supervision activities on behalf of the Ship Owners and we render below scope of services to ensure the new construction quality and delivery.
Prudent Shipmanagement has qualified Master Mariners and Marine Engineers who can assist the client for wide range of consultancy activities like voyage planning, developing and implementation of safety management and quality management systems onboard vessels and shore based offices. We also represent owners or buyers for the sea trials and do a comprehensive reporting to our clients.
Prudent Shipmanagement offers a spread of Offshore Marine Services. These services include extensive marine offshore services, yard facilities with a comprehensive and growing capability for ship repair, conversion and construction, engineering design, fabrication and services.
1. Supervision during hull assembly, outfitting, application of internal and external coatings, machinery installation etc.
2. Project Management to monitor the progress of vessel construction and to ensure the delivery deadlines are met by the shipyards.
3. Exercising cost control on behalf of the Ship Owners.
4. Review and approval of all final tests of hull, machinery and witness of sea trials on behalf of the Ship Owners.
