Documents Required for Registration of Trade Mark
A Copy of specimen of your trademark, which you want to get it registered or you can also send the soft copy of the specimen in JPRG or PDF format, but in case of word mark, it is no necessary.
Copy of first sale bill of specimen, if any.
Literature of your products, if any.
Memorandum and Articles of Association or copy of partnership Deed with Copy of Certificate of Registrar of Firms (ROF) or the full name of proprietor, as the case may be.
A Letter of Authority of Attorney to be executed on a stamp paper off. 300/- along with Data Sheet Which will be provided on request
A Copy of specimen of artistic work or you can also send the soft copy of artistic work in JPEG or PDF format, which has to be applied for copyright.
Full name and address of Author/Creator/Developer, if any.
Memorandum and Articles of Association or copy of Partnership Deed with Copy of Certificate of Registrar of Firms (ROF) or the full name of proprietor, as the case may be.

6 colored photographs (Front View, Rear View, Top View, Bottom View, Right Side View and Left Side View) of the article from different angles, so as to clearly catch the shape or configuration of the article. You can also send the soft copy of views from different angles in JPEG or PDF format.
